Fat binding pills - an introduction

In dieting, we have all come to memorize the classic diet equation. Calories consumed minus calories burnt equals either the amount of weight you lose or the amount of weight you gain. When looking at that equation, it seems clear that the only way to lose weight is to either eat less or exercise more. Fat binding pills add another dimension to this equation.
